Arnold's
manufacturing facility has been providing quality machined

trained staff of drafting personnel equipped with
state-of-the-art CAD systems willingly works with customers to
fulfill their developmental needs. To ensure the conformance
of production of these parts and assemblies, the inspection
department has been continually updated with the most current
inspection equipment available
MACHINE ASSEMBLY
In
addition to parts machining, Arnold offers a complete vertical
manufacturing capability, from design through production. The
expertise learned in the development of the textiles business
has been employed in the manufacture and assembly of both
complete machines and components for many diverse industries.

QUALITY

To ensure the conformance of production of these parts and
assemblies, the inspection department has been continually
updated with the mast current inspection equipment available.
Using electronic gaging equipment capable of charting
roundness and recording diameter sizes, Arnold provides upon
request documentation of tested samples. Additional equipment
enables Arnold employees to measure diameters to within .00002
inch.
Inspectors ensure that sampling conforms to MIL SPEC 105 D and
that calibration standard 45662 is current on all inspection equipment.
