RVSW 4x4 Winder

The RVSW 4x4 Winder from Arnold winds up to four separate ends onto a single spool. Each winder motor is powered from the single power inverter and is controlled by various inputs operating into the electronics control module. The winder's advanced electronic assembly, power inverter, winder motors, user operated input switches, and various parameter sensors are designed to provide ultimate control and efficiency. Since it is easily configured in several different ways, it can be used in virtually any application that necessitates material being wound from bulk package to spools.

DESIGN ENGINEERED EFFICIENCY
Convenient controls have been engineered into the RVSW 4x4 Winder to facilitate smooth efficient operation. Each motor has a user operated "start" switch and a "stop" switch. The winder motor can also be stopped by a "full package" sensor, "end down" sensor, plus an optional Material Counter Module. Once power has been applied to the system through the main power switch located on the front of the winder frame, the winder motors are ready for a user start request.

MINIMIZING DOWNTIME
The RVSW 4x4 Winder is designed to minimize loading times and allow the operator to change setups with less downtime. It allows for individual position operation without disruption of the other positions. In addition, motors can be stopped from different inputs. When the motor is requested to stop, brake power is applied to stop the motor in a fraction of a second.
