Through a wide array of advanced machining systems and over 60 years of experience serving some of the most demanding industries, we’re able to provide a high level of flexibility and overall value. This advantage is enhanced by our CNC and manual turning capabilities.  We operate a facility that houses a number of CNC, engine, and turret lathes that allow us to turn workpieces up to 12” in diameter, 21” in length, and up to 100 lbs. in weight. With features such as bar feeding that can accommodate stock up to 2.5” in diameter, gantry loading, sub spindles, and live tooling, we are able to minimize waste, maximize productivity, and part to part repeatability.

As with all of our manufacturing services, our operations are supported by a robust quality program and a seasoned staff with years of broad cross-functional experience. Our quality department has a comprehensive array of test and measuring tools that are meticulously maintained and on a stringent calibration schedule.

Because of the end to end nature of our services we can plan work from the outset to deliver optimal results, and economically provide compliance with a wide range of industry standards. From design to delivery, our single-source approach, and the ability to provide a full solution in-house means that we have complete control or quality and production. We react quickly to change orders and take an overall proactive approach to process enhancements.
